Booking Policy – Laser Glow Lagos

We understand that sometimes plans change — here’s everything you need to know before booking your treatment.

Booking & Deposit

To confirm your appointment, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit of your deposit.

• 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 24–48 hours, 50% of your deposit will be retained.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full deposit (100%) will be retained.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer appointment slots to other clients on our waiting list.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid delays for the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once a treatment has been completed. Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled appointments follow the terms above.

Confirmations & Reminders

You’ll receive an automatic booking confirmation and a reminder before your appointment via email or SMS. Please double-check your contact details when booking to ensure you receive all notifications.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion

Política de Reservas – Laser Glow Lagos

Sabemos que, por vezes, os planos mudam — por isso, aqui tens todas as informações importantes antes de confirmares a tua marcação.

Marcação e Sinal

Para confirmar a tua marcação é necessário um sinal de 100% no momento da reserva. Este valor será descontado no dia do tratamento.

Cancelamentos e Reagendamentos

• 48 horas de antecedência: Se cancelares ou reagendares com pelo menos 48 horas de antecedência, receberás 100% do valor pago de volta ou em crédito para outra data.

• Entre 24 e 48 horas: Se avisares com menos de 48 horas e mais de 24 horas, será retido 50% do sinal.

• No próprio dia ou não comparência: O sinal (100%) será perdido.

Esta política permite-nos gerir melhor o nosso tempo e disponibilizar vagas para outras clientes em lista de espera.

Atrasos

Chegadas com mais de 10 minutos de atraso poderão implicar redução do tempo de sessão. Se o atraso for superior a 15 minutos, a marcação poderá ser considerada não comparência.

Reembolsos

Os sinais e pagamentos não são reembolsáveis após a realização do tratamento. Reembolsos ou créditos seguem as condições acima.

Confirmações e Lembretes

Receberás uma confirmação automática da reserva e um lembrete antes da tua sessão, por email ou SMS. Verifica se os teus dados estão corretos para garantires que recebes todas as notificações.
